This is not an appointment setter role-we're looking for a highly organized, forward-thinking hunter to drive our pipeline growth, expand our reach in new markets, and demonstrate a measurable return within a reasonable timeframe.

What You'll Do

  • Research & Identify: Pinpoint high-value prospects through market analysis, competitor insights, and creative outreach strategies.
  • Strategize & Execute: Develop comprehensive, compelling lead generation campaigns that align with company objectives and resonate with potential clients.
  • Nurture & Qualify: Engage and cultivate long-term relationships, ensuring high-potential leads are effectively moved through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, enhance outreach, and adapt strategies based on feedback.
  • Track & Report: Manage lead flow in our CRM, provide regular performance updates, and offer data-driven insights to inform future planning-ensuring tangible results within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Proven Experience: Previous success in lead generation, prospecting, or business development-especially in a B2B environment.

  • Organization & Efficiency: Adept at using CRMs and other digital tools to manage leads and meet deadlines without missing a beat.
  • Results-Oriented: Able to demonstrate return on investment for your lead generation activities within a reasonable timeframe.

Education & Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven Track Record in lead generation, prospecting, or business development in professional services, with a strong preference for HR Consulting and Staffing experience.
